About Me

I am a self-disciplined, hands-on software engineer who is dedicated to every phase of the application/website development process. From crafting the initial mock-up to adding those final, polished touches, I give every step my all. Complex coding challenges do not intimidate me, but instead drive me to uncover innovative solutions.

Though my path to becoming a full-stack developer was unconventional, I embraced the challenges it presented. I quickly learned that, at the end of the day, my success hinges on my own efforts. Soon enough, I had evolved from a student into a self-sufficient yet community-oriented software engineer (who is still learning new things every day). One of the ways I gave back to my community was by teaching children basic coding principles and sparking their interest in computer science.

My Recent Projects

PicturePerfect

PicturePerfect is an accountability mobile app in which users fill in a daily collage of images to create their Picture Perfect Day. Users upload one image per task, as to make that task a daily habit (up to 9 tasks per day). They can then share their completed daily collage with friends. BookBase

BookBase is a library management system that allows you to create your own digital library by keeping track of the books you own.

Gift of Knowledge Academy

Gift of Knowledge Academy is an independent, nonprofit, K-2 school providing a firm foundation in literacy and math to low-income students. This site allows parents to enroll their students, learn more about the school, donate, etc.
